On this eating plan, you will have 3 meal replacements per day from our clinic, plus 1 meal of your own with protein and vegetables. This is a ketogenic protocol, meaning it is very low carb, not allowing for any grains, beans/lentils, or fruit. It is restrictive but very effective.

This is the right plan for someone looking for lots of structure and minimal meal planning. This is also for the person looking to lose weight quickly; however, you must also be committed to learning how to eat for the long term. We will coach you through the different phases to bring you back to eating whole foods, including carbohydrates. Many people will transition to the Digital Nutritionist from this plan.

INTERMITTENT

FASTING

Anticipated weight loss: 4-6+ lbs/month

If you choose to start with intermittent fasting, you will eat within an 8 hour window of your choosing everyday, while fasting for the other 16 hours of the day (including while sleeping). Sometimes fasting hours need to be prolonged if weight is not responding.

In your eating window, you are not required to restrict specific foods. During fasting, you are allowed water, coffee, tea, and broth.

This is the right plan for someone who prefers to restrict when they are eating rather than restricting what they are eating. You may combine this plan with one of the other plans if desired.

DIGITAL

NUTRITIONIST

$49 for 1 month or $119 for 3 months

With this plan, you will have a nutrition prescription, based on your body composition analysis, that incorporates the right amount of various nutrients needed for your body. Through our online platform, you will receive a weekly menu that fits your nutrition and dietary requirements. You can modify the provided menu by substituting with other meals that also fit with your goals, and you can even look up how a restaurant meal could fit into your day. A grocery list is also provided for your meals, and you can modify quantities based on how many family members are eating.

This is the right plan for someone looking for structure, but also looking for help with meal planning, recipes, and guidance on what to eat. Most importantly, the digital nutritionist allows you to the see the optimal foods for your body.
